Turnaround time is approx 3-4 weeks on all items, from every Monday morning as I order my stock on a weekly basis.

I do have some items in stock now and again so if you have an urgent order drop us a PM and I'll see what I can do for you!

 

All orders will be posted via Tracked 48 Royal Mail

I will send shipping emails through the website once posted. Please keep an eye on your junk mail.

 Please note that postage time is on top of my turnaround time. Each order is custom made to your specifications.

I am unable to contact royal mail about a parcel until 2 weeks after it has been posted. If you find this applies to you please do contact me to sort a claim as only the sender can do this. 

 

NON REFUNDABLE

I buy stock to order and as they are personalised specifically for you I cannot accept refunds. If the item is faulty or I have made a mistake with the personalisation I will fix at my own cost or refund in this case only.

This applies to plain orders too as I will order the robes/pjs as per your colour and size choices. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your item is posted you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number, you will also receive updates via email and text from Royal Mail

Please note care instructions when ordering.

For all clothing, do not wash over 30 degrees or use fabric conditioner. Do not iron over designs.
